Can I leave furniture out for ATL311?
Only at the curb after 7 p.m. the evening before, and it counts against your household’s twelve yearly collections. Most downtown renters don’t have a curb to use.
Do you need my building’s certificate of insurance requirements?
Yes, if the building asks for one. Send them when you book.
