Pricing Questions
How does a photo quote work?
Upload or text a photo of what’s going. Each item is identified and priced from the published Atlanta catalog, and you see one total before you book. Missed something? Send another photo and the quote updates.
What’s the minimum order in Atlanta?
$75. A single sofa ($126) or one twin mattress ($82) is already above it.
Do stairs, elevators or long carries cost more?
No. The same item costs the same from a ground-floor garage or a 25th-floor unit.
Does same-day pickup cost more?
No. If a crew has room today, today’s price is the same as next week’s.
When does truck-fill pricing come out cheaper?
On larger jobs such as a basement, a garage or a whole apartment. Truck-fill runs from $241 for a quarter of the truck to $732 for all sixteen cubic yards, and the quote uses whichever method totals less.
Booking and Pickup Day
Can you send a certificate of insurance to my building?
Yes. Many Buckhead, Midtown and Perimeter buildings require one; send the requirements with your booking.
Do I have to be there?
No. Leave items in an open garage, arrange access with the front desk, or share a code, and photos arrive when the job is done.
Who does the hauling?
Vetted local crews who work through JunkRabbit. You book and pay through us; they bring the truck and the lifting.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Each unit or property can be quoted on its own, which keeps billing clean across owners.
What We Take
Can you haul paint cans and propane tanks?
Yes, at their own prices because they need special handling: a one-gallon paint can is $30, a five-gallon bucket $52, and a twenty-pound propane tank $33.
Do you take TVs and computers?
Yes — a 42–65 inch TV is $68 — and they go to electronics recycling. See the TV removal page.
Do you haul fallen limbs after a storm?
Yes. Yard waste is $88 per cubic yard. The storm debris section covers what to set aside.
Can you take hot tubs and pianos?
Yes. A hot tub is $322 and an upright piano $290, with the extra crew each one needs.
Local Pickup Rules
My address says Atlanta. Am I in the City?
Not necessarily. Parts of Sandy Springs and many unincorporated areas carry an “Atlanta” mailing address. Only addresses inside city limits use ATL311.
How does ATL311 bulk pickup work?
City households can schedule up to twelve bulk collections a year, with a charge per load after that. Items go out after 7 p.m. the evening before, well away from carts, and electronics and building materials aren’t accepted.
How does DeKalb County’s special collection work?
In unincorporated DeKalb, you place the items at the curb, then request pickup and pay the fee; collection comes within about ten business days. The City of Decatur runs its own service.
